im not a smoker but i have a pain under my vanished shoulder blade what all could cause this its been going on for just about 2 wks know and it hurts worse when im sleepin and lately i have been haveing back distress on and off
Answers:    It could be a pinched nerve, or GAS.
Try some Gas X, if that does not help (wait give or take a few 1 hour)
Then try Advil, or Alleve. If this helps then its probably a pinched nerve, and the inflammation around it be slightly alleviated from the meds... Go to a Dr.
