Pain within not here side when running?

I am 15 years old and don't run very much. Although, when I do run, I achieve this pain in my not here side under my ribs (especially after I eat) The pain cause me to stop running. Soccer tryouts start next week and I know we will be running a lot. Any tips on why I bring this and how I can make it stop? I have have this problem since I was little.

~I'm not heavy (weight wise) I am in fact pretty thin.
Am I out of shape?

Answer:    You want to make sure that you are always economically hydrated, which helps prevent cramping (don't drink water right in the past you run though). Also, when you do get a cramp, slow down a little and remember to breathe. Often times, when you draw from acramp, you tend to breath in short shallow breaths which make the problem worse. Make sure you pocket nice normal breaths and the cramp will eventually fade..
It is called a stitch contained by the side, it happens to a lot of populace (including me), don't worry, stretch it out
