Painful callus on my fingers from playing guitar?
Hey, well I've been practicing my guitar approaching crazy for the past week because tomorrow I'm playing battle of the band at The Knitting Factory so I wanted it to be perfect. Well, my fingers enjoy developed really awful calluses from playing so much, and I was wondering if anyone have some remedies I could try that would work quickly? Thanks so much

Do you mean blisters? Calluses are usually considered a accurate thing. If you're new to guitar, you eventually want to build up firm, in good health calluses so that you can play consistently without twinge.If you're already in a lot of distress, I'd recommend Witch Hazel which will draw out moisture (thus promoting callus growth), but will also relieve some pain. Whatever you do, don't use ointment as this will verbs your calluses and make playing even more raw.
I'm a pin biter, and own a executioner hangnail on my finger... do i try and verbs it out?
I find that just not playing for a couple of hours helps! I know, I know, you gotta play tomorow, but you won't be competent if your fingers are swollen! Rub a little moisturiser into them as well, keep them in nice condition!Me and my partner enjoy a irritation on our genital parts after intercourse.?
Try using some.Witch Hazel Lotion. Work the lotion in TRUE well & keep repeating. It take the pain away and will soften the callus.Good luck at the Knitting Factory!
