My experience has be that a pain killer close to tylenol or motrin steps the pain down a notch or two and something next to codiene in it makes the discomfort just not matter as much.Yes they do. I'm curious roughly speaking where you got the theory that they don't. I might be able to answer your question better if I know if you formed this opinion from a bad experience or something you read.
I own never understood why the term "niggle killer" came into existence because I don't know of anything that will "kill" the pain entirely while you remain conscious. Different affliction meds work to make different types of pain smaller amount severe. do you have a particular type of backache in mind?
