Painkillers better than tylenol?

I've been taking tylenol for my cramps and lately it hasn't been helping at adjectives and my cramps have been hitting me harder than majority. Any suggestions?

Answer:    I use ibuprofen. For some reason my body has become immune to other medicine, it's weird. But i defiantly suggest IBU, I'm taking 800mg (prescribed by my doctor). If over the counter IBU doesnt lend a hand then you should go see your doctor or gyno, something could be wrong. Hope I help!.
For menstrual cramps, use ibuprofen (Advil, Nuprin, etc), naproxen ( Naprosyn, Aleve, etc.), or aspirin. Products claimed to be designed for menstrual cramps (such as Midol) now have ibuprofen as the biggest ingredient. Many patients swear by such compounds, and they are fine if you want to pay the premium. We don't understand why, on a experimental basis, they should be any better than plain ibuprofen. Ibuprofen or naproxen is usually most effective, but sometimes aspirin or acetaminophen may be preferred. See your vigour care provider as soon as possible. And good luck. Stay away from caffiene and saline at least a week pryer to period. It really help, ibuprohen does work better then tylenol. .
Go to the doctor and they will prescribe you some hydrocodone's. they will be more effective within getting rid of your pain. A 500MG tablet should work fine for you. Try ibuprofen marketed as Advil or Motrin.
