Pains surrounded by shins, at hours of darkness?

I don't know what it is that hurts, but at night, every so often my lower legs hurt, from the knees down. This doesn't feel like muscle ache, they feel like my bones are hurting. This is achy and constant, and basically gets a little better and after worse and again... This will stay there until I go to sleep and rouse up, or until I take some really strong pain meds.
Any Idea of what it is?
It hurts really baddddddd.
Atm, I'm have the pain in simply one leg, although this is weird because its usually in both legs.

I'm 14yrs elderly. Through puberty already, but stilll short at 5'2"
