Has any one out there ever had a problem near a private hospital as to failing their duty of care to a patient.Namely a hospital that call itself Nepean Private.Would really like any infomation if you have have a bad experience with the hospital systems.Thanking you .

I dont know that hospital but if you werent taken support of you should definitely speak to someone in charge near, and if you were really affected by it, close to your condition got worse, you can always hire a legal representative good luck. Contact your area's Board of Health or some government dept. who regulates hospital. They'll relay you about irregularities.
