Hi im 18 yrs old and feel suicidal.

I don't know what is wrong next to me anymore, im constantly moody.

I feel tired all the time, even though i sleep 8 hours a hours of darkness.

I'm always stressed, i have exams within a few weeks.

I don't get on with my ancestral.

I've reached the point where ive enjoy enough.

I dont know whats going to come next..

im sorry you consistency that way, but your a stressed person if you enjoy exams that is probably why. I got stressed out the end week i had exams i was adjectives worried about passing or failing and i get so irritable i through my book down and said screw it if i fail i fail i be studying to much i think gladly to know i passed. Something close to that is constant worry, lately try to relax and say what am i stressin for? and chill out

I would suggest you speak to the institution counselor, or if you attend a church speak to your spiritual adviser. There are mental health clinics for teens contained by most major cities call the public vigour department. I too was depressed as a teen and I can empathize beside you. Believe me when I say it is easier to confide in somebody instead of going it alone. Good luck.

Trust me - please don't do it. I tried to do that when I be your age too because of exams and a first love.
