Answer:    Time cures burns. Antibiotic ointment will serve, though. Are you talking about a sunburn? If you are, aloe is excellent for sunburns. If you don't enjoy any and don't want to buy any... then just try and hold on to it moisturized. Any old moisturizer.
As for blackheads, to my knowledge antibiotic balm has no effect on them. I don't know any homemade treatment for them either, but you can other use concealor or something similar to hide them. But I don't think the treatments are awfully expensive, you should go to your local drugstore/Walgreens/CVS and take a look at the option. I bet you'll be able to find something for a good price.
