Possible sleep issues?
I usually get between 7 to 8 hours a night of sleep. I'm fifteen years prehistoric. I know that I'm supposed to get anywhere between 8-10 hours of sleep a night, but surrounded by today's busy schedule it's hard to.
I'm other yawning during the school day and in that seems to be eternal dark circles underneath my eyes. So the cross-question is: am I getting enough sleep? Whenever I have a clear weekend, I sleep within, so then I get anywhere from 10-12 hours of sleep, and on the other hand the dark circles under my eyes still don't turn away. Why?
Thank you! Helpful answers only, please!
Answer: If you feel similar to that and you are getting up that often when you sleep you might consider getting tested for sleep apnea, especially if you fall asleep at improper times (in the middle of a conversation). That happened and got worse for me I get tested and I was prescribed a CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) machine. Makes a world of difference!!
Check out the connection, www.sleepapnea.org if you think this might be the case homily to your folks and get it checked out. Better to check and be wrong then not and be right...believe me I know!!
Do you walk to sleep fast or are you forcing yourself?. If you have to force yourself it's not dutiful. Try going out for a jog before sleeping or doing other types of exercises physical and metal similar to games or something. You usually get the best sleep when your body feels worn out physically and mentally. Some family naturally get unlit circles around their eyes, sometimes from too much sleep. Try some cucumbers on yours eyes before you sleep they may help near the color and swelling. Younger people do need more sleep and require smaller amount as aging. 7-8 hours of sleep is good enough anymore and you may of late tire your body. Make sure you are eating healthy too. Greasing food can be paid the body tired though out the day. Well hope this helps. Good luck!
AHHH MY THROAT is KILLING ME!!?
7-8 hours of sleep should be plenty for your age, you may want to check with your doctor that you're getting enough iron contained by your diet. You may want to make sure that you're getting the restful restorative sleep you need. No caffeine 6 hours up to that time bed, that means no Coke, or other caffeinated sodas, try not to eat too close to bedtime, and don't do strenuous exercises inside 3 hours of going to bed. Nighttime yoga would be a good thing to do back bed. It increases healthy nighttime breathing... in count breath right strips may help increase your oxygen intake that will give you a deeper sleep as powerfully.
Sweet dreams!
How masses weeks should a wrist hurt after orthoscopic surgery?
Getting 8 hours of sleep a night sounds healthy to me. I wonder why you are getting tired through the time? Perhaps you need to take a look at your diet? Do you drink a lot of white bread? Potatoes. white rice? There are things you might be eating that are cause to to tire so early. Lack of exercise can also make you tired ( Yes, really). Not getting ample sunshine (about 20 mins a day) can also affect your zest. Are you by any chance feeling depressed? My counsel would be for you to stay away from sweets and starches for awhile. if you don't notice a difference see a doctor! There's a fliping spider, HELP!?
Hahahaha. I usually get three hours of sleep, so I'm pretty sure you're without blemish fine. Dark circles sometimes don't have anything to do with sleep, but sometimes if the the part of your sleep isn't good, you won't rest well.Yesterday I fell really at the roller rink...?
