Problem beside the bones surrounded by my throat.Any give support to appreciated!

I don't know what the problem is but it's been happening stale and on for a few years. I'm just wondering if anyone else has this problem and what's wrong or what it's call.

What happens is this:

You know when you do a full-body stretch...think of a cat...lol. Well, whenever I do that, even if I yawn or not, when I lean my skipper back it feels close to the little bones in the front of my throat, right in the front center slice, will lock into place and I can't move until I swallow and there is a popping sound and it feel like they unlock and I can swallow easier. It's very prickly while it's happening as well and for a few minutes afterwards swallowing is humiliated. It does this every single time I stretch and lean my head back.

Thank you for any information!

Answer:    Well Amy I suggest you are referring to your Adam's apple and what you are describing may be abnormal . I have tried your explanation on my own and I havent feel you what you have . All I have discern is if I tried to swallow while my head is backward it's extremely difficult and almost blocking my airways . I haven't feel any popping sound as you have describe contained by your own experience . My suggestion is that may be you should be asking this question to a qualified medical person may be your physician lately to get a proper resolution to your problem as well getting a proper diagnosis .Good luck and enjoy a great day .
