i was skateboarding and all of a sudden i have a sharp pain in my heel and it hurts to amble on it. I have to limp on my foot and here are no bruises and i did not hit it or anything. This reminds me of osgood schlatter it just came out of nowhere and i dont know wtf it is!?


i cant skate becuase of my heel, icing never help for mew and i just dont now waht to do.


nearby areno bruses on my heel and it only hurts when i put pressure and walk on it

p dynasty: i have the same problem and i went to the doc and it turned out i have fractures in my heel just from too much phisical leisure so u might want to get it checked out

Probably sprained your Achilles tendon. Stay rotten it for a few days, take a good muscle relaxer/anti inflammatory, wear a different shoe near a higher heel or put a pad contained by the heel of that shoe. If it doesn't get better you may need to see a podiatrist to hold an orthotic insert built for your shoe.
