Problems near the right side of my face/head?
Answer: Sounds like it could be the beginnings of Bell's Palsy or something called MASTITIS. MASTITIS is a swelling of the masseter muscles around the cheek and temporal area which are responsible for opening and closing the jaw- close to when you are chewing. If it is Bell's Palsy , you really need to go to a doctor and he will most potential prescribe some steroids and Physical or Occupational therapy for Electrical stimulation to that area. Bell's palsy can will 1 side of your face paralyzed if left untreated. Don't mess around, step see the Doctor. Iknow it's not what you wanted to hear, but it's the best course of action for you surrounded by this situation.
is it a clicking, pulsing, bulging in the jaw combined, itself??
sounds a lot like TMJ ... can be really painful ... physical therapy can back ... a GP or dentist could tell you if there are more option ... sounds a little like bottle pain or a pinched nerve which is also associated beside TMJ
