Pulled hamstring 6 months ago, still not fit
In january I pulled my hamstring playing soccer, its soccer season again and I can barely even touch the end of my shins. It hurts directly where on earth I puled it 6 months ago when I stretch it, very close to the hip where it connects. I would close to to be able to touch my toes or stretch normally in need the abnormal pain surrounded by that one spot. Any suggestions?
Answer: As Dory says in Find Nemo, "Just hold stretching"
...wait.
Have you gone to the doctor? Done physical therapy? Hopefully you own done both. I know when i hurt my knee playing soccer it took a while for me to recover (i hurt it contained by late oct. early nov.). Now i can play soccer fine, but i did at home physical psychoanalysis (it was just stretches that i get from my doc) and had to go to the orthapedic doctor for several months. I regard because you are still having pain you stipulation to see a doctor ASAP. You've got scar tissue from your injury and you want proper rehab to break it up and restore your flexibility. When I tore my hamstring I went to a soft tissue specialist (sometimes also known as an ART psychotherapist (active release therapy). It was a pretty bad injury but I be back on the tennis court in five weeks because I have proper treatment.
Just do a search for "active release therapy" to find a qualified practitioner within your area. Best of luck!.
Have you seen a doctor for this? Sounds close to you need to get on a proper rehab program to correct this problem. see a doctor immediatly u propably tore your ligaments!.
wow if its that fruitless, id see a doc theirs no way you requirement someone to massage you out of it it wont heal itself
