Pulled Muscle?
Ok,i was just rotating my rist within a relaxing motion and i felt my wrist crack,well i infer thats wat happens wen u rotate ur rist,but then it started to hurt so i kept on doin the rotating motion becouse it feel good since my rist was hurting,consequently a day or two later my elbow starts hurting thoroughly bad but not to the extent of extreme,but today i was throwing a small globe at recess and my elbow cracked(cracking sound)and it hurts worse,it was painfull purely eating at the table with my elbow rested ontop.The drive i mentioned my rist is becouse every time in push down on my rist bone it stains my elbow,and i dont want to go to a doctor becouse i enjoy football in a couple of months and dont want to get pulled out.Did i verbs somthing and how can it heal.

I'm sorry, but right now it seem like you need the doctor. I know how much it sucks to be pulled out of a sport close to that, but when you need medical attention, you need to achieve it. Playing football will only make it worse.Please minister to..I am 25 & drizzling my bed!?
