Randomly get spasm surrounded by lower subsidise?

Five days ago I woke up with what seemed approaching a cramp in my lower back. I didn't consider much of it, assuming that I just slept in some liberal of awkward position and the pain would go away contained by a few hours. It is still here five days later and seems to be getting worse. It's especially fruitless in the mornings - I practically can't move without sense serious pain in my lower backbone. It even hurts to tilt my head down.

Could this be some kind of torn muscle? Nerve?

I'm not sure that popping two extra strength Advils every morning is a accurate long term solution - any tips?

Thanks!

Answer:    Hi. Could be a pinched nerve or something. Since you said it hurts to tilt your herald down, it may also originate from your neck. However since the throbbing is not getting any better, would suggest you see a doctor about this. In the meantime, you can try applying either bake or an analgesic gel to the affected areas. Good luck!
