Answer: I agree, it could be something simple, but then again it could be something serious like MS or fibromyalgia.

Have you exercised or done any physical stir in the last morning or so? It could be that you're having muscle aches/pains from overworking your muscles. You mentioned that the pains were sharp which is usually indicative of muscle pains from overworking yourself. Then again it could also be neurologic contained by origin. If it's located mostly in your abdominal/chest nouns and is moving around try pressing around to try and pinpoint any particular area that seem to hurt the most, or is tender and red. But if you're hurting a lot and still aren't sure what's cause the pain you're better off going to the ER or to a doctor as soon as possible. Hope you grain better soon!

I get sharp pains in my chest that used to craft me think I was have a heart attack but turns out it only happens when my rear legs is out and some stretching exercises get rid of it.
