Recurrent, sporadic lower vertebrae agony

twice this year, about 3-4 months apart, i experienced a sudden and paralyzing lower back spasm. i could not stand up or straighten my backbone for 15 minutes, and then once the pain slightly subsided i be in pain for roughly speaking a week. i saw a physiotherapist, a sports doctor and my GP but the exercises did not prevent the pain from recurring and the x-rays did not show anything. again, a few days ago, i started experiencing matching pain, but without the initial spasm. my lower final just clenched up... and the pain sometimes radiate to my right leg and right side of the neck. i am now wondering if probably i have damaged a audacity? should i see a chiropractor? i am concerned because this keeps recurring and none of former times doctors have helped me much.

Answer:    sounds close to a rotation in the spine , adjustment might help.
