I went to the doctor in Jan near a sore throat and ear ache. He gave me antibiotics. It seem work I think, but it has be on and off since then. He give me more antibiotics 2 weeks ago and I just finished them. It hurt 2-3 times during the 2 weeks. I don't have any other symptoms. Usually the sore throat and ear sting has been on the disappeared side, butr a few times on the right side. I just had xrays today, and am seeing him again thursday. Has anyone else have this? What do you think could be wrong?

You should try taking 1500 mg of vitamin C 3 times daily (yes, 4,500 mg respectively day) until symptoms clear up. This is likely to work, but the doctor probably WILL NOT tell you this. He / she may even dismiss this proposal as quackery, but it has worked for me. Vitamin C can be safely taken at these level. (Some people may develop diarrhea. If this happens, drop down to 1000 mg every 8 hours.)
