Right ankle other swollen after work

I work as a waitress. I've noticed that after I get past its sell-by date of work my right ankle (both inside and out) is very swollen. the bottom of my foot sometimes feels resembling it is fully bruised as well. the swelling usually goes down after a sunshine or so, but since i work almost everyday it seems like it is never closing moments. it could be my shoes but when i wear my normal shoes while walking for a while it still happens. and it is other only my right ankle. this has be happening for a few months. and i never did anything (that i can remember) to hurt it.

any suggestions?

Answer:    Go see a podiatrist. Yes, it will be expensive, he can help greatly more than we can here. My wife has bone spurs on both feet. Believe me it's no picnic. More than feasible, you need arch supports. If you carry calorific trays with your right hand adjectives the time you are putting more stress on that side..
Do you eat alot of salt?

You are retaining fluid surrounded by your ankles. It is not uncommon if you eat alot of saline or are on your feet all daytime. But, I would see a doctor and get a check-up, because it can also indicate heart issues.

In the meantime, put your feet up as soon as you gain home.
