What if a hysterics attack strikes during class?
hope things can be sorted, it's always best to warm up and heat up down properly whether a singer or musician, otherwise long-term damage is inevitable. Trouble is most youngsters feel they don't enjoy to as they don't feel any pain and so maintain going and going;it's only years later do they hold regrets... Listen to your body..if something's hurting..STOP. Smokey environments don't help. I know some singers who have ginger tea beside a drop of brandy and honey before singing...and others who warm their sung chords everyday when waking up in bed using yoga technique such as gently stretching the tongue in adjectives directions, massaging the throat and neck. Avoid any cold food/drinks when singing.I spoke and it come out as jibberish?
could be polyps. No more destruction metal for you :P.Seriously though, you should get yourself to a doctor. The damage may already be lifelong. Here is to hoping it's not. Try not to talk. I am no Dr or anyhting but it doesn't sound resembling a good idea right very soon.
