I have scoliosis and I have to run down to the nurses office 3 times a week to take my brace past its sell-by date for gym and im always late and relatives are like "?Where wer u?" and im like ummm... WHAT SHUD I SAY??? serve me [i dont want anyone 2 know im wearing a brace...only my bestfriends know.]

I also Have scoliosis It is pretty painful but if you treat it right it will be better within a flash I would simply say I had to travel to the restroom or I had a phone call or even I disappeared something in my locker like perchance you Gym Shorts or shirt! I guess I don't understand why this requirements to be a secret. You've got the greatest support group you could ever enjoy (a few non-supporters, of course) and you're hiding your brace from them?I'll accept that it is important for the time man. I can imagine a couple of things to try although I think these are completely hard and may not even possible. Take less time shifting and get to gym on time. Another method is for you to schedule a study hall ahead of gym and use that time to renovation. The last way is to acquire out of having to take gym.
It would be sooooo much easier purely to let people know. Any slip you fashion over time will tell them anyway. You will have to maintain making up excuses and that isn't easy for an honest person to do.
I go to a small elementary school and high institution. Everyone pretty much knows everything about everyone. So I didn't preserve my brace a secret.
I was lone allowed out of my Wilmington brace 1 hr a day to shower. So I wore it during 8th grade gym. I have surgery prior to 9th grade and wore a body cast for 4 mo., so I get excused from gym for that year. I had to go into a Boston brace again for 10th order and was excused for that year too. I finally took gym and health within 11th grade. Which was especially weird being 16 contained by class with 13 and 14 yr. olds. You don't realize how much you change/mature in those 2-3 years.

Well, if it's the trainer who's asking, your mom (or the nurse) should write a note because you don't want to get within trouble for being late adjectives of the time. If it's your friends who are asking, you should just say that you be running late or that you had to budge talk to the nurse.Is nearby anything that you can do so the tetanus shot does not hurt at adjectives?
