my throat hurts sooooooo much all of a sudden. like sharp throbbing. it feels like someone took something sharp to it. is nearby any way to get rid of this sore throat by tomorrow morning, because i cant miss work ! :( please aid

After a few gargles and spitting it out, swallow one. This will kill any germs that break loose and travel further down the throat. Vinegar will eradicate Strep Throat germs.
