Severe lower abdominal throbbing?
yesterday the pain started, i got stale my period a few days ago, and it was pretty buoyant, no cramping.. so i'm pretty sure it has nothing to do next to that. but yesterday when i woke up it just started hurting really bad, if i not quite touch it, it hurts. i didn't do anything to put a strain on those muscles.?
Answer: It could be many things. It sounds very much close to one of the things I have called endometriosis. It won't show up on an ultrasound unless you own a very large adhesion. You want to talk to your doctor/OBGYN so that other tests can be run. Seeing a gastroenterologist may not be too doomed to failure either. I hope you feel better soon..
If it is on the right side and radiating to your not here, you could have appendicitis. If it is in the middle as low as you can grain the abdomen, it could be female related problem close to a cyst on the ovaries. Maybe the cramping is getting a late start also. If it continues, better see your Doctor and have things checked out. There are so tons things it could be from gas to intestinal diverticulitis to a female problem, but the only item that will really pin point it will be some testing. I wish for you the remarkably best young lady and may that aching go away as fast as it come.
