Severe anguish contained by elbow that radiate to forearm?

Hi, I work as a barista and it involves a lot of repetitive motions such as pumping drinks (the white mocha pump is like trying to push a coup¨¦..), carrying several jugs of milk at the same time, carrying indigestible loads of dishes, lifting up floor matts, pulling espresso shots and so forth. I am finding that since I am working almost 40 hours a week, my elbow has become very pained. It radiate into my forearm and is almost crippling. I can't carry things at all sometimes, even a cup of coffee.

From what I amass it sounds like tennis elbow..

I was wondering if here was anything I can do to help it because I work closely in the next bit and I cannot afford to filch time off right now.

I hold put a535 on it, and taken an inflammatory and am currently resting it.

Is there anyway I can wrap it up?

Answer:    Depending on where contained by the elbow it hurts,at the top of your arm or at the funnybone.Do any fingers go numb? The ulnar nerve is your funnybone which controls your ring and little finger, the differing side is your median nerve controling the thumb,pointer, & middle fingers.Wearing an elbow support wrap so you can still bend your elbow helps alot. I've have my funnybone nerve moved from the groove of my elbow to the top of my arm ,but also have trouble w/the median chutzpah, you can actually see the knot at the elbow amplify w/pain.An elastic elbow support at work will help ,simply not too tight..
You would need a physio to put an arm brace (strapping) on to change the motion of the muscles you use so much, also to show you how to change your technique.
You can buy arm braces at some large pharmacies too.
