If I move the wrong way, the pain get even worse, and it radiates though the elbow and upper arm. It hurts a little on my fund when I breathe normally, and if it hurts really bad, I can't breathe surrounded by without it hurting worse. It's been stirring for about 3 days.

I am only 15, so I don't chew over it could be a heart attack.

just god rid of it earlier 3 days ,,,definately no heart attack it happenes to me often when ever i sleep in a wrong position surrounded by a fully air conditioned room without taking a blanket ..or going out within temprature from a very cool area ( similar to suddenly u are sitting in an air conditioned room ,u a short time ago get out in hot sun ) .in general lasts 3 days but u need to avoid cold weather contained by normal terms its call a' hook in nerves ' it aches when u try to inhale contained by , and u cant change your positions , breathing gets difficult WELL .In my bag "" panadol extraa"" helps a lot ...wear heat up clothes ..avoid cold drinks ..it will be gone with in no time ... try floppy your body on to a bar just hold on tight and try to pressurise the anguish area while breathing in echoingly and breathing out slowly . it gives a gr8 relief.some times it a short time ago vanishes.
