Should I pop a blister on my finger?
I got it from playing bass guitar for a few hours.
It is on my finger picking hand, so i really requirement this to heal soon!
Answer: You do not want to pop your blisters because then you own an open wound which makes you prone to infection which can front to something serious. I suggest putting a band aid over it and let spirit take its course, chances are that it will pop itself. When it pops put hydrogen peroxide on it to disinfect the popped blister! Good luck!.
If you pop it, it could start to bleed, hence making it harder to play. I carry this problem too. plus, any germs on your strings could infect the cut under the blister. no i wouldn't pop it, since it could get infected.
