Should i move about to the emergency room?

i have Ankylosing Spondylitis, a type of arthritis in which the bones of the spine fuse together. economically i have been within chronic pain for the past week and in a minute my spine hurts from top to bottom, my ribs hurt like sharp pain lately like in my spine, i muse i'm getting really bad circulation to my legs because my feet are rime cold even under the thick covers when i lay surrounded by bed. my arms and legs feel numb sometimes. but i'm worried that if i go they will voice there's nothing they can do cuz i don't have insurance, so afterwards it will be a waste of time and they will send me home beside a 700-1500$ bill for nothing...and i don't have the money for that. does anyone feel this is serious enough that i really need to progress to the emergency room?
Answer:

What's wrong next to my knees? please minister to?

It really does sound like you involve to be seen. Especially if you suspect poor circulation, due to the increased chance of further complications such as blood clots, etc. I am sure that they will be capable of help, and they have to do so regardless of whether you enjoy insurance or not. Youcan always work out payment plans subsequently, or go to the state to see if you are eligible for Medicaid.

I obtain headeaches really well...?

Only you know your body, the details of your condition, and what you consider an emergency. Since you say it's be going on for a week I'd say chances are you could dally another day to see your regular doctor during office hours, but if you ruminate it's an emergency then don't put it off. Try putting your foot in a bathtub full of hot/warm dampen to increase circulation--in fact, you could try soaking your whole body surrounded by a warm bath next to Epsom Salts and see if you get any pain nouns. I think the ER would still do all the essential tests and procedures if you didn't have insurance, but you're right it would be a big bill. Generally I would speak that your health is worth any amount of money, but if you think you could continue until you could go to your regular doctor or urgent care, next that would seem appropriate.

I get a black eye from a argument and i wont walk away?

I think emergency rooms should be reserved for emergency medical visit. They should be visited only on acute occasion when a disease process has reached the point of emergent attention needed.

With that mortal said, I'd call your doctor tomorrow morning and see what they say. He or she would probably to some extent you come and visit with them so they can do admin your care directly with you a bit than get your information Monday morning on a voice mail that you be seen in the ER. Some doctors frown on their patients using the ER when their symptoms could dally until they can be seen in their bureau. It is much less expensive to do it that way and I don't know that the ER is going to set aside you anything more than pain medications, which you probably already hold at home.

Use a heating pad and see if that relieves any torment...even if you use it to heat your feet to aleviate some of the coldness.

Sleeping next to my eyes clear?

I wouldn't run to the ER, but please look for a specialist tomorrow morning. ER would only give you something conditional and aren't really equipped to deal with AS, whereas you would benefit more beside a osteopath, etc. who could help you and you wouldn't be wasting your money when you would probably have to dance see one anyways.

I get hurt really doomed to failure?

What is wrong with this country that healthcare has become a luxury? It make me so angry. We should be able to see a doctor when we did need to. I'm so sorry you are contained by the predicament. If you've had the problem for a week I doubt the Emergency room is necesary , they probably won't do anything but tell you to see your doctor tomorrow. I would christen your doctor in the morning though, explain your symptoms and ask if he wants to see you.
Now, if you get the impression as if you're on the brink of a crisis go ahead to the Emergency Room. I can't feel what you're passion, this is just what I would do under the circumstances if I have been having symptoms for a week.
Good luck
