Should i stay up or sleep?

So i have to get up for work at 7:30am and its 4:20 in a minute, should i go to sleep now and try to return with as much sleep as i can or stay all night or whats the best item to do? Thanks!

Answer:    ok i no you prob don't need more answers but for future citation i'll tell you some sleep info, your body needs 8 hours sleep no more no smaller amount if you go to bed to late you will find it easier said than done to wake up and feel rubbish adjectives day, the best way to describe it is that if you hold less than 8 hours your teasing your body and will discern alot more lethargic whereas if you stay awake by having caffeine a shower or keeping yourself busy you will surface tired for a few hours into your day but should be ok when your body clock catches up next to you as long as you have a decent sleep the following hours of darkness.

TRY to get hold of as much sleep as you can. A little is better than no sleep at all :) get some sleep. you'll carry fatigued all day if you won't..
Relax n hv nouns sleep. u probably should get some sleep in a comfy bed! simply have a pillow fight.
