Should I set off work because of paronychia?

I was recently diagnosed next to paronychia and onychomycosis on my right thumbnail from a terrible nail infection at the pin salon. I had been getting acrylic nail consistently for the past 7 months and it's treated me badly very soon that I have an infection. The problem is, I work in a restaurant o during every shift I am constantly exposed to hose down for about 6 hours straight. However, I do not soak my hands within water or wash dishes--I simply wipe up when needed. I started wearing a finger cot on my thumb, but noticed that water can still attain through. After my shift, I take off the finger cot and concentration that my nail is still a bit moist from when water may hold gotten through the cot. My doctor said to wear rubber gloves, but there is no way I can wear gloves as a server contained by a restaurant. If I continue to wear the cot, will it preven the oral antifungal meds from working and prolong the infection? Should I refrain from working fro 2 months?

Ok first rotten if your doctors demands require you to the extent you cant work or it is impossible to work in current circumstances contact you doctor and have him write a temporarily medical release I am sure your work would get the message as it would be part of the food safety codes if you live surrounded by USA. there is a more deep and methodical way to go give or take a few this but I will save you the boring stuff.

Not as a server, I would not want to eat surrounded by that type of environment. Keep your germs to your self, stay home!

The Ball of my trunk piercing is stuck contained by the hole... Help please?

First I would stop having my nails done. (I'm not clear on what is treating you unsuccessfully now)

Second, I'm not clear as to how you are getting your hands so wet if you are not doing the dishes.

Third, I'm a tad disturbed that your infected fingers are on my food plate.

Are you unacceptable to wear a glove while serving? I think as a patron, I would respond powerfully if my server put down my plates wearing a plastic glove and, if asked, explained that she had recently have some trouble with her hand and the doctor recommended wearing a glove (or cut herself, or doesn`t matter what - I don't really need details...
