Should I use Ice on my thigh or a heat wad?

I keep reinjuring my thigh. I did it again last dark. I "Iced it down" for a few hours. I dont know whether to use Ice or heat Today.

Answer:    after an injury, the best thing to do is rime for the first 24 hrs... followed by heat for the next 24 hrs. .
You are supposed to rotate rime with heat, so rime it down for 15 minutes then heat for 10. Depending on your injury you should stay past its sell-by date it and let it heal.
