Shoulder hurts weakly after throwing a globe?

About a year ago i threw a dodgeball overhand and suddenly i heard a loud crack and there be sharp pain shooting down my arms. I couldn't lift it at adjectives. I went to the doctor and took x-rays and they told me nothing be wrong with it. The pain be unbearable and hurt when i tried lfting my right arm. It slowly got better after 2 months. Now in that is barely any pain. But i cant manage behind my back next to my right arm anymore. Also when i roll my shoulders theres a loud pop and a moment of sharp pain. I already went to the doctor again 4 months ago and he said nought is wrong with it and the popping is just resembling what you do with your knuckles. But they hadn't cracked before i throw the orb and its only in one arm. Can anyone relate me what it is and if it will heal?

Help me pleze i dont wanna die?

It is called Impingement Syndrome, I own the same thing and here is no absolute guarantee it will get better. I own had my problem for about 6 months. I could heave my arm out to the side about shoulder height and it would be a stabbing agony. With actual weight in my hand I could lift it about 30 degree.

My doctor says it can be a permanent injury but if you see a physical consultant it will help. The PT will help to strengthen the muscles around it.

Another problem that can come come up with this is Bursitis. I am supposed to have injections contained by my shoulder, Corticosteroid.

This can tell you more about it. I know the twinge that this problem gives you.

Darvon vs. Darvon-N?

There is without question you have stretched the shoulder ligaments. My Grandson has the impressively same thing, he hurt his lifting something heavy above his team leader. Let that shoulder rest, quit lifting it up and reaching behind, because you are just keeping the ligaments stretched. Best entry is to rest it. My Grandson had a MRI of his shoulder and that's what he was told be the problem, he over stretched the ligament. He will begin physical therapy subsequent week, otherwise it will heal on it's own, and that may take a while. You may enjoy something totally different, but it sure sounds the same. Regular x-rays will not give you a complete picture, as will an MRI. Good luck to you sir.
