Simply Sleep...?
How long does it take to kick within? I bought it today and plan on taking it so that I will be ready for bed once I am done working, I work from home so I won't be driving or anything. I am off at 9am.. So what time should I run it so that I will be ready for sleep at 9am? Thank you!!
Answer: maybe similar to a half hour, but if you eat right formerly that it will take longer.. like possibly an hour.. if you take it on an empty stomach it will see in like 10 minutes..
