Oh dear, it sounds infected, badly. Where did you get it done: A professional? If it wasn't you should def see a doctor before it gets worse. There is a difference from redness and puss. I would see a doctor ASAP. Start cleaning it twice a day with salt water and tea tree oil. If it hasnt got better, go back to the place where you got it done and ask them about it. It could be rejecting. .
