Sinus conjestion?

I only get a stuffy snout at night when I'm in bed. During the morning I'm fine. What can I do to get rid of this problem. I've tried nasel sprays and they don't work, I have also used the Breathe Right nasel strips, they don't work any. Help, my husband says I also snore and he can't sleep because of it.
