Sleep calendar varying?

I usually wake up at 4 PM because I work nights 7 pm -7 AM, However Im starting a current schedule where I will own to WAKE up at 5:30 AM!! Does anyone have experience in varying your sleeping habits? I have never woke up that rash LOL

what you should do is get a sleep aid like Advil PM, and appropriate it on the days leading up to your having to rouse up at 5:30, for instance if you start on a monday, take it Saturday night and Sunday dark, and even monday night until you are on a regular sleep schedule.
