Sleep deprivation?
Have any of you ever suffered from extreme sleep deprivation? If so tell me what it was similar to. What are the long term effects from not getting enough sleep? I am a college student and am basically realizing that i need plentifully more sleep.

u feel tired (durr) and even though you get lots of caffeine your briang is inert.so you feel like a zombie. adjectives you think about is your nice thaw out bed or even just sleeping in the coup¨¦. dont drive...i almost crashed couple times from sleep deprivation driving up to school.oh and when im lacking sleep my stomach become sensitive (more then usual) and you can start feeling approaching you want to gag.
hear is somthing to try ,put camera on you at nightto see if you actualy resting.It will take a couple of nights to return with were,you forget its ther.The reason I right to be heard this is,I have it.I will not sleap for 2 or 3 nights afterwards bam! I will sleap very heard 7or 8 hours.I transport seriquil works great.If you dont sleep you will lose your mind!! It will also take your body with it

you'll start doing poorly contained by school due to not being competent to focus, dozing off, feeling sick adjectives the time even when you aren't.when you don't get enough sleep your together body suffers - emotionally, phsyically, mentally.
if you go too long without the proper amount of sleep, your body will put together you sleep and you can pass out.
are you overweight? this can cause presure on ur lungs making harder to breathe surrounded by. or you may have the T.V./radio on at night and that may be the grip. i hope these answered ur question
