Sleepiness problems?
sleep is the most importnat thing to me. Im in hs and ive be trying to get 8-10 hours everyday and its been working, but im falling trailing on school work, so recently ive be staying up till 12 1 and the next day, i quality like crap and i fall asleep surrounded by my classes, i ask peopel how they get throught the day beside little sleep and they say they drink coffee, but i cant do that becasue i hate caffeine. so my cross-question is this. is there any way for the human body to recede reliant on sleep? and if not, how do i stay awake during the day? what should i do?
Answer: 8-10 hours of sleep sounds obedient for a teenager. The answer isn't to cut back on sleep, it is to cut posterior on something else that is taking up your time. Ask yourself how you are spending your time and whether there is something that you are giving too high-ranking a priority. It might be watching tv, or playing video games, or even spending too much time socializing. You don't need to cut that stuff out entirely, but you can cut back on it to make a contribution yourself enough time for the high priority goings-on of getting homework done and getting a good night's sleep.

I am in college and I can deff relate. I filch naps. It really does helpI sometimes carry this torment surrounded by my lower stomach?
If i can move my wrist does that anticipate it not broken?
