my husband says he can't sleep without a aficionado. so for the past 3 years, i've slept with a disciple EVERYNIGHT. it's not so bad in the winter b/c we enjoy the heat on so it make it species of humid, but in the witer it dries my nose and throat REALLY impossible and so far this year is the worst. my nose is so dried out that it is cracking and bleeding inside. i'm not trying to sound gross but i a moment ago need some advice on how to assistance this. my husband has agreed to tryto sleep with out the admirer but i need to figure out how to cure my antenna cause it still hurts REALLY bad even to in recent times breath it hurts! please help!! You can try putting some vaseline (petroleum jelly) in your proboscis using a Q-tip(cotton swab) maybe every 2 hours every day until it get better then only once contained by a while or whenever you feel your nose starts to go and get dry. I hope this helps.

try some saline its good for nose. you should be able to get it from your local chemist. but seriously turn the admirer off. save on power as okay. and try to breath through your mouth every so often to give your trunk a break. maybe see your doc as well they might know how to perscribe something better for you.

I am the same way I needed my follower all year round, once I started living with my husband he couldnt appropriate it so, i had to cut out sleeping with the devotee, but as far as your nose try some vaseline or something.
