Sleeping Help????????????

School is starting soon and I usually have to wake up at 7 AM to attain to school on time. During the summer, I usually leak asleep at 1-2 AM and wake up at noon the subsequent day. I really want to keep to a sleeping calendar or something, but I don't know what to do! I want to practice falling asleep and waking up earlier for academy. Could you give me some tips?

for me, i set my alarm clock 20 minutes earlier respectively day, like 9:00, 8:40, 8:20... yeah. and eventually, since your wake up earlier, you'll fall asleep before too!

i basically use to be sleeping from 2 AM to 11 AM, and now its 11 PM to 7 or 8 AM :D

so ya. bye!.
you may count pictures, or clear your mind of the things you bring back worried of, so no stress, much more chances of falling asleep. you may wake up by the use of alarm clock. you may also consult your doctor, for that I don`t know insomnia.
