Sleeping pills?
if i were to take one pill back school started, how fast would I expect to grain sleepy?

Answer: Do you mean taking a sleeping pill the night past school starts? The sleeping pill should start working in a situation of minutes to about an hour. Most people probably inwardly 15 minutes to 1/2 hr it should start to work.
Something else to be aware of is that the first time you take something like a sleeping pill, it have usually has stronger after affects the first time you use it.
I wouldn't take my really first ever dose the night before academy or work. You don't know how you will feel the next afternoon.
A sleeping pill may not wear off soon enough the subsequent morning. If it hasn't worn off, it will affect your mood and memory. That is why in the directions it usually say take this product only when you can devote a full 8 hrs to sleep.
umm it really depends on what type of sleeping pill u give somebody a lift. i know for a fact Unisom goes for give or take a few 2 1/2-3 hrs and about 10-12 hrs of sleep (i think, i pilfer them at night)
