Sleeping precipitate because arts school is starting?
I've been going to sleep really late since the summer started, but very soon since school is about to start I cant appear to go to sleep early because i rouse up late too so im not tired until about 5 AM. Can someone please lend a hand me or recommend some sort of medicine that is guaranteed to brand name me sleep. By the way Nyquil and other cold medicines dont work for me for some function.

Answer: pull an all-nighter and than go to sleep at give or take a few 10pm/11pm
this will usually get you back surrounded by the swing of things for school season
i have this problem every first semester and it other works for me

change your sleeping routines, medicine isn't going to sustain because there's side affects also you could stay up all night and consequently go to sleep early the subsequent day.
you dont need meds newly relax and keep trying, your body will adjust
