Small white clouded color sac within my bottom, can see it and soft/semi firm to touch.
it started a few days ago, i noticed there be a small sac in my anus, if i spread my cheeks i can see it clearly, it hurts sometimes to sit down and go to the toilet. I'm not sure what it is that's up at hand.

A hemmorrhoid would be red or pink since it's a blood vessel. Since you describe it as white, it is likely the boil the others have described. Applying the thaw cloths and sitting in as hot of water as you can stand is the best entry to do. Don't try to pop it, that will just spread the infection. Now if it lasts any longer than 2 weeks or become worse or very red around it, you will need to see a doctor - it could turn into a staph infection for which you will entail oral antibiotics. Even though it can be embarassing, it is very important you see a doctor if it become worse. A staph infection can get into your blood stream and kill you like a shot. Keep an eye on it and keep it clean. I have one before and so has my infant. From my understanding and experience I believe it to be a boil/cyst.It was awfully painful to sit and touch it or anywhere near it, I freshly soaked in hot water as hot as you can stand it and epsom brackish. When i got out the tub I put a bowlof water contained by the microwaveand dipped cloth in it applied&appliedcontinusly then it finally bursted.
Hemorrhoids. Get some hemorrhoid cream. I agree next to tazj-I had this problem also when I was a child - rob a warm bath and sit next to a warm cloth .
