So i have been in two fights and dislocated my knuckle both times what can i do to make them harder?
Answer: Do push-ups on a wooden floor with your first 2 knuckles (ONLY!) on both hands. It strenghtens the wrist and the knuckles! We did it in martial arts. Also try punching a punching bag,first with gloves,then without the gloves after a few weeks.
Oh,and try not to get into any more fights unnecessarily,we wouldn't want you getting hurt,now,would we?

Why are you fighting? What are the consequences? Find a career and a goal and work - something you like doing and work towards it. You'll end up being much happier. Punch sand, hand exercises, avoid punching people in the head. It is very satisfying but very hard on the hands aim for the soft parts next time.
