So..I have a reack gather round yesterday and woke up near bumps on the sides of both my knees?
Yesterday [Fri. April 25th] I went to a track meet.
I did the long drop [If It makes a difference, I jumped 11'4]
I run the 100m - in 13-14 seconds. Twice.
4x100 relay.
This morning I woke up near these two bumps on the sides of my knees, about the same place on both sides. I thought they be bug bites, but I just looked at them again and they're a lot bigger than bug bites! Could this be from the sand? Running? Please, assist me :[

Answer: I'd enjoy to ask whether they felt hot to the touch and whether they itch or not? It could be a simple overworking of the knees to simple abrasion from the sand. Right now, rime them both and keep your legs elevated when at rest. Also take some ibuprofen, it's an anti-inflammatory that will facilitate with any kind of swelling.
Uncomfortable thought...Caused by cargo loss pills?!?
