Solutions to walking on tiptoes?
For as long as i could remember, i have walked on my tiptoes. Now, i'm have some ankle and knee pain. I've have knee pain for a long time, so i'm not as confused roughly that as i am as with my ankle. So my question is, how can i stop myself from walking on tiptoes?
Oh and also i enjoy been wrapping it in a wrap, is that helping it or anything?
Answer: My mom walk on her tip toes all the time and I did when I first started walking. My doctor noticed this and he sent me to a specialist where on earth I had shoes made to fit my feed and verbs the back of my foot down (I don't know if they were weighted so it be too heavy to hold up or what) but it worked. I don't walk approaching that now and and have never have any problems. I wore them for like 6 months and after that I wore normal shoes. You should be capable of get some too..
If you're walking on tiptoe, then you're unsophisticatedly doing the exact same thing as wearing heels all the time. There's a simple entity you can get at a drugstore which you wear at night (and don't you lately know, I can't remember what it's called) but you strap it on and it pulls your toes towards you, thus stretching the muscles at the back of your ankle, and you spend 8 hours each year counterbalancing the damage that you're naturally trying to do for the other 16 hours. If you did that and also did what the woman in the previous answer described, you'd probably lessen the pain inside just a few days AND solve the bad mannerism problem :)
