I could...if you're not suffering from any bleeding, blurred vision, or unusual spots on you iris, probably it hasn't. If anything unusual occur, you should have a vision audition. And if they flicked you with a pretty good force and it be DIRECTLY on the eyeball, and not on an eyelid or something, you should get it checked out anyway.
