Sometimes at darkness a VERY unexpected attitude wash over me and it feel approaching im anyone sucked out of myself, why?
This happens when I am asleep in the precipitate hours of morning and when it happens i can't move at all, even if someone be to put a gun to my head. My body feels tingly and I have a feeling that I am awake but my eyes are closed and it usual scares the heck out of me every time it does it. It last for close to 30. Any idea why this happens? i'm 16 if that help.
Answer: It's called sleep paralysis. Most people enjoy experienced it at least once. Unless you have some underlying condition, it's completely non-hazardous. It can seem frightening if you don't know what it is though. I used to have it crop up to me a lot when I was younger. Ahhh, that be a loooong time ago..
I have a friend that this same thing used to come up to, once she moved away and went to college. Her doctor told her she was have panic attacks, she would wake up within the middle of the night unable to breathe or move and be really scared. I would suggest talking to your doctor roughly speaking it, there may be an anti anxiety medication that would help. Yah its call sleep paralysis and is not harmful at all. I own it and my elder sister had it too. After she was married it stopped, it is said that if someone is close to you it does not appear. This mostly happens in young at heart adolscence and fades out once a person is elder..Take care and dont worry..
It could be astral projection, look it up online and find some info on it, failing that set up a video camera for when you usually wake up and study it. Let me know how you get on, obedient luck!
