Answer: The most common motive of palpitations is when your heart is in a rhythm called ventricular tachycardia. This can be cause by excessive use of caffine and/or amphetamines. Are you drinking lots of sodas or caffinated drinks? Start drinking more water, and make an appointment beside your doc just to make sure zilch serious is wrong! In the meantime, if you get light-headed with this, or surpass out, GET TO THE ER! Call an ambulance, as they can perform the necessary schedule immediately, if this is in reality what is wrong!.
Talk to a sports trainer, there may be something you could do to help your situation, so you will be prepared for the Vancouver Olympics in 2 years. You need to walk the doctor to have your blood pressure checked and a general check up.
