Sore within gymnastics. can anybody abet??
During gymnastics practice both my ankles and wrists get sore, but I don't want to wrap both my ankles and wrists. Motrin doesn't work either. What should I do??
Answer: Well, gymnastics is pretty knotty on ankles and writsts, considering all that's involved. They will hurt, no matter who you are. If you are modern to the sport, they probably just need to procure used to all the activities...kinda how your muscles will be pulled if you haven't worked out for a while. I would pilfer advil, which helped me when I was numeral skating. I think taking a warm tub and just soaking would help relieve strain as well. Also, sometimes just rubbing the sore spots facilitate. If it gets too bad, I'd ask your doctor. I hope this help and I hope you feel better!
